The much anticipated launch of the google phone / HTC Dream is now just around the corner, Back in march 2007 when rumours first started flying that google was creating a mobile phone we found supposed google mobile phone prototypes of what it was going to look like.

I must say after looking at the reviews I am dieing to get my hands on one. The official name for the phone has been announced as the G1 its packed full of features including a compass, QWERTY keyboard, 3 inch touchscreen , track ball, GPS and thats just the start.

This phone in my opinion has eaten the I-Phone before its even had breakfast. So it might not be as sleek and sexy as the iphone but its got more features than any other phone on the market today and the I would imagine the near future. The operating system running on the G1 is called android and is an extremely powerfull mobile platform, The oppurtunity to add applications to your phone in the future is one of the many delights of this OS.
