Barablu offers free VoIP to VoIP calls anywhere, they also offer the use of there VoIP service on mobile phones and were one of the first to do so. It operates on a pay as you go plan but other plans are avaliable the rates are similar to most of the other VoIP providers with the added advantage of being avaliable on a mobile device. The dialing software boast of being very easy to use and will save you heaps of money. | |

With the £9.99 plan you get broadband with a download limit of 40gb per month, free wireless Hub, free UK Evening and Weekend VoIP calls, a free phone, 250 minutes of wifi minutes a month and lots more. In order to use BT's VoIP service you do need to have their broadband service. | |

| Skype is avaliable for free although you can only call other Skype users anywhere in the world for free with no money spent, you can spend $30 and get your own skype in number which is a local number and can be taken anywhere with you, skype is not done on a monthly rate plan like most of the VoIP providers it is a pay as you go system similar to that of some mobile phone providers. Skype is my personal favourite due to being very feature rich and simple to use. Skype also sell lots of hardware including a VoIP Mobile phone made by netgear. Skype software also has an instant messanger which allows you to send a message even when the person is offline and as soon as they come on they recieve the message. You can also to file transfer of large files and lots lots more. With Skype you can call freinds land line phones anywhere in the world from as little as 1.2p per minute.
